Just a quick note to say how pleased we are with our new decking. The whole process has really been quite painless. We were concerned with the amount of disruption it would cause my parents who live with us, and we need not have worried. You were extremely professional yet helpful and polite when we needed to make alterations to the plans.
The job commenced exactly when you said it would, and was only extended due to the additional changes we asked for. We were particularly impressed by the neat and tidy way that you left the garden each day, this was particularly helpful with my elderly parents having access to their entrance.

Dave – “We are very happy with our natural stone patio, it’s a marvelous improvement over the old 1970’s crazy paving! All work was performed to a high standard of workmanship and the site was left as tidy as possible each day. The job was completed on time, as required and as quoted with the minimum of disruption. Everything was cleaned up and all waste removed to our satisfaction”.

In my mind you are more than just a kitchen fitter – you are a problem solver who has to overcome many issues during the job because the devil is in the detail and the fine details are not known until you get there. Bottom line : I'd be happy to recommend you as a fitter and would be happy asking you to carry out other work.

We'd just like to say how happy we are with the new patio and steps, it has completely transformed our garden. You were professional, polite, organised and helpful. It was also great that we could talk through ideas with you so that a solution could be found that was desirable and achievable. Dave has undertaken three jobs for me. The finished products –a balcony, decking and porch floor tiles-all look good. Quotations are emailed promptly and his timescale for completing a job is accurate. He is able to advise on the best course of action for a project taking into consideration the customer’s specification. Unlike many, Dave arrives when he says he will, stays on the job and works hard to ensure the project is completed on time. I am happy to recommend him.

We had decking and landscaping completed by Garden & Home Improvements Ltd in August 19.
